Wholefood Simply’s Peppermint Cream Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup dry roasted cashews
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup (you can use dates or honey if you prefer)
  • 5 drops doTERRA peppermint oil
  • pinch of salt
  1. Place the cashews and coconut into your processor and blend until the mixture resembles a coarse flour. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the mixture is well combined and sticking together. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls and place into the fridge to set.
  2. Enjoy the deliciousness!

  1. I made these but substituted the ricemalt syrup for 10 dates chopped and also added a heaped teaspoon of coconut oil (melted) to help bind the balls . I Also added a tsp of Maca powder . So easy to make soooo yummm and smells fantastic with the addition of the essential oil!! Thanks for sharing theres a party in mouth! X
